There is a particular list of procedures that must be completed [and documented] in the unlikely event that the replacement part fails the vehicle has to be brought to a Subaru dealer for inspection. When installing the new Turbo the installation must include an Engine Oil change [with Genuine Subaru filter], Drop and clean out Oil Pan, replacement of the Oil Return Hose, Oil Feed Line and corresponding Union Screw/ Filter.
