Prior to placing an order:
The shipping method chosen on an order only affects the amount of time the item will take in transit once the order is filled and processed. If a part is not in-stock in our facing warehouse at the time the order is placed the total number of days for an order to process may be up to 3 extra business days. We do not guarantee any time-frame nor promise any parts by any given date. If you are unsure please email the site prior to placing any orders for assistance. Shipping business days are (not Saturday, Sunday or Holidays) Canadian and Puerto Rican orders may be subject to customs fees and taxes and also may be delayed. Choosing Customer Pick Up as the shipping type means you will come to our facility in Milford CT and pick up the order after it is processed and filled. Please wait for us to email you a confirmation that the order is filled and ready for pick up. We are open for pick-up - 8-5 and Saturdays 8-1 only. We process and ship orders - during the normal business week. We are closed the six major holidays of New Years Day, Memorial Day, July Fourth, Labor Day, Thanksgiving & Christmas Day and do not process or ship on those days. We also may close on the occasion of power outage, bad weather and or storms without notice and all business would resume as soon as possible. All orders placed are subject to the policies found -here. We only do business in North America, we only have the North American Subaru Catalog We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes or APO boxes
In some cases orders may be rejected or cancelled base on our internet risk software built-into the website. It assigns all orders a risk-rating based on several factors including i p address and order origins. Any and all orders that originate outside of North America will not be honored or accepted as explained on the site.
We reserve the right in all cases to reject or cancel any order at any time as we see fit as set down by the Universal Commercial Code of the United States. All orders placed on the site are the possession of the site which is a private entity.
We have noticed on occasion emails get lost or filed into "spam" folders which can cause confusion for both our customers and ourselves. Please double-check for emails regarding orders and shipping before sending any excited or angry emails.
